Sunye is passionate and supportive in journeying with people through their life challenges. She uses a warm, affirming, collaborative, and non-judgmental approach to create a safe space to help people feel heard and experience healing.

Sunye is interested in helping people work through anxiety, depression, addiction, life transitions, family problems, grief, self-awareness, personal development, trauma, and OCD, including the spiritual dimension. She is available to work with individuals, couples, and families, and she utilizes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution-focused therapy, as well as trauma-informed and mindfulness techniques. Her overall approach in psychotherapy is to facilitate positive change in thoughts, feelings, and behaviour through discovering the client’s unique qualities in their experiences.

In her free time, Sunye loves listening to music, singing songs, and spending time with her husband and three young adult sons.
